FAQ
Questions families often ask.
- Has the school operated before?
- Yes, in pilot form. During the 2025 academic year HMD personally taught a single CGI pilot cohort to validate the curriculum, the daily rhythm, the teacher hiring bar, and the parent partnership model. The school that opens in September 2026 is the result of that year.
- What ages do you take?
- We take children from age 3 (Nursery 1) through age 11 (Grade 6). Children turning 3 by 1 September of the academic year are eligible for Nursery 1.
- Do you offer scholarships?
- Yes. From our opening year we award up to four full-tuition scholarships to children from the Tanji area, judged on need and aptitude. Apply by 31 May.
- What is the school day?
- School runs Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 14:30. After-school clubs run until 16:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Is transport provided?
- We run two shared buses covering Tanji, Sanyang, Brufut and Gunjur. Routes and pricing are confirmed at enrolment.
